Tuition and Fee Schedule

2011-2012

TUITIONS AND FEES SCHEDULE FOR 2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR

REGISTRATION FEE:

$575.00 per child
Registration fees include PTC Fees (25.00 first child and 10.00 each additional child)

ADDITIONAL GRADUATION FEES:

$125 for all STH Grade Students (Billed through Smart Tuition in September)
$50 for all Kindergarten Students (Billed through Smart Tuition in September)

TUITION RATES:

The above tuition rates do not include extra-curricular activities such as sports programs, Astro Camp, field trips, Homework Club, child care and after school clubs. Fees for these activities will be invoiced and paid separately through Smart Tuition.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Tuition is based on a 12 month period - July 1^st through June 30^th
Tuitions paid in full by June 30, 2011 will receive a 10% discount

DISCOUNT OPTIONS:

Discounted tuition may include sibling, parishioner and early pay in full discounts. Parishioner and early pay discounts will be applied after sibling discounts have been calculated. Parishioner discounts can only be given to families who regularly attend Saint John's and make a financial pledge of at least $10 per week.

2nd Child 15%
3rd Child 25%
4th Child 50%

Parishioner Discount 10%
Early Pay in Full Discount 10%

SMART TUITION:

Saint John's uses SMART TUITION MANAGEMENT COMPANY for tuition payments. You will be given several choices from which accounts to withdraw your tuition. Choices are: Debit, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), checking or savings account withdrawals may also be used. Tuition Payment can only be made through Smart Tuition and there will be a one-time $43 fee per year per family withdrawn from your account in July 2011. This is a separate fee and not part of your regular tuition payment.
