St. John’s is located in a residential neighborhood of Chula Vista and has been an active member of the area for many years now (see our history page.)  We welcome all people, knowing that love is love, and love is of God. We welcome military members and their families to join with us in our loving worship of Jesus Christ.  We follow the way of the wider Episcopal Church meaning we have Christian weekly worship with Holy Communion as well as many other activities throughout the year.  Our people make a difference in the lives of others following Jesus’ command to “feed my sheep”, with ministries for the hurt and poor in our midst, and celebrations to remind everyone of their belovedness.  You are invited to become part of St. John’s active and committed mission of faith on our communal journey of life.  ​
